About me

Writing has been a beloved part of my life ever since I was a small child growing up near Berlin, Germany. I had just learned reading and writing when I got the idea for my very first story. It was about how we got our dog (and it was fictional, of course 😊). It quickly turned into a story with unicorns and whales, so by the looks of it, I knew very early on that my favorite genre would be fantasy! Since then, I've continued to write fantasy stories about topics that moved or impressed me.
As I got older, I discovered a new genre: romance. For me, love and books go together like a pair of shoes. I adore watching two people grow closer—especially in my own stories. Fantasy has remained my hobbyhorse, though, because with it, everything is possible (especially werewolves, angels, and other mythological creatures, which I have a soft spot for).

If I had to describe my books myself, I would say they’re passionate and relatable. I like filling them with gripping suspense, dramatic twists, and love without kitsch. My stories mean a lot to me. I focus on each book for many months and only let someone else read it when I am absolutely satisfied with it. My desire is that readers will enjoy my stories as much as I do. When I'm not writing, I like to be out and about with my husband and our dog, Adam, and I enjoy cooking and playing video games. I also love diamond painting and collecting scented candles!
